- Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
Discover the history of warplanes, ships and space travel at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York. Located on Pier 86, on the banks of the River Hudson, step aboard the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier itself! Used during World War II, the Vietnam War and NASA recovery vessel, this famous vessel became a museum in 1982.
