- River Cruise option: the ticket includes a free cruise on the River Thames. The 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. The 48-hour ticket includes a same-day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier and a single ticket from Trafalgar Square to the Tower on a classic Routemaster bus: Heading east, buses depart from Stop R on Haymarket. Departures every 30 minutes from 9:30am - 5pm | Heading west, buses depart from Stop TD, Tower Gateway Station every 30 minutes from 10:30am - 6pm
