Meet your coordinator 15 minutes before tour start time at the SOUTH security entrance of the Eiffel Tower located Allée des Refuzniks, 75007 Paris. Your coordinator will be wearing an orange sign that says "Experience First" and a bright orange hat. He will check you in, give you a sticker and send you with your guide to pass the security line.

The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 to commemorate the centenary of the French Revolution. Over 100 hundred artists submitted plans, but the contract went to civil engineer Gustav Eiffel, who had already designed the structure for the Statue of Liberty. The Eiffel Tower was initially painted a reddish-brown but its colour changed.
