- The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide or in case of unplanned religious functions (in these cases it can be postponed to the later schedule/day after otherwise it will be refunded).
- ATTENTION: The visit to the Basilica is at 10:45 AM - the gondola ride is at 3:00 PM. Please consider the gap of time between the basilica and the gondola ride.
- Unfortunately the tour is not totally accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
- Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothes suggested
- It is mandatory to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time
- Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard will be assigned by the gondolier
- The itinerary could change in case of wind or bad weather
- For the visit of the Basilica suitable clothing is required (no shorts)
