Since opening in May 2015 to great fanfare, One World Observatory has been welcoming thousands of visitors every day. Upon entering, see a huge digital map that lights up with visitor’s locations from all over the world as they have their tickets scanned at the entrance. Enjoy the high-tech exhibits as you make your way to the upper observatory decks. Opening hours:

- If traveling with a child 5 and under, please visit the guest services desk to collect a free ticket for your child. Everyone is required to have a ticket to visit the observation deck
- Skip the box office line and go straight to the observatory
- The standard ticket allows you to skip the hassle of the box office line. Depending on how crowded it is, there might be some waiting to get up to the top
- Take in spectacular views of the Big Apple from the 102nd floor
