Cancellations and amendments are allowed before 1st December. Guests are advised to arrive early and to allow plenty of time to make their way to the pier. Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on www.tfl.gov.uk before you travel. Due to strict boat timings we will not be able to wait for any latecomers. Dress to impress ! Children aged 11 or under are not recommended for the cruise. Please be aware that luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessels. We will do our best to provide customers with the best view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks, however due to the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, weather conditions and the changing tides, the positioning of the boat to the fireworks cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be final on the night although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot.

Tables at Browns Restaurant will be shared with other diners. If you are booking as a group, please do so under one transaction to ensure you will be seated together. There is no guarantee that passengers will sit on the same table if booked separately. After dinner at Browns, a Golden Tours representative will walk you to the pier, the walk is approximately 15 minutes If you are unable to attend the dinner, please go to the pier 30 mins before the scheduled departure time. A Golden Tours representative will check you in.
