Does what it promises but no more

The tour takes you to Lady Liberty as promised. You can have food and drinks. The experience however is very poor. The boat looks very old. The interior needs cleaning. There are no pictures of the boat when you book, if there would have been, I don’t think they would have many bookings.

The cruise was cancel the minute we were supposed to board with no real reason or explanation. The crew seemed inexperienced and slightly out of depth in dealing with the situation. There was no follow up provided to request refunds and there was a general lack of information.

the boat never showed up waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold without any notice. the main company didnt even answer phones do not use them ever!!!
they don't clean the windows!!!

the windows were so dirty!!!! they don't clean the windows!!! If they did, we wouldn't have to step outside in the harsh cold and winds.
