On our first day in Spain I planned this cooking class. We arrived at 12:00 for our class and no one was there. It was an extremely hot day and after several messages (while sitting outside) to class and Viator we found out the instructor had us coming in the evening; however, all our documents (3) had noon or 12:00. Viator at first refused to give me a refund but when I sent them all my documents they agreed there was a mistake. We asked the teacher if we could come the following day but when we didn't hear back we just cancelled the class and booked a different cooking class with Expedia. I will not use Viator again. This made our first day in Spain an unpleasant beginning.

Hi Ceri, as you mentioned, the problem was from Viator and not from us. We received the voucher for you coming at 17:30h... Please, remove the review since it is not fair that due an issue coming from the platform and not from us, the supplier of the activity. Thanks

Very, very disappointing. It is not a cooking lesson. It is a demonstration and you sit in a chair and watch. The paella was so bad no one ate the rice. Everyone picked out the vegetables and seafood (which were not that good) and left the rice. Some of the seafood was cooked in advance of making the paella so it was bland and had none of the flavor of the spices. There is no demonstration on how to make Sangria. Instead you are given a small wine glass of Sangria with the paella.

Arnold, I think you need more reading in your life...The title clearly says: Showcooking. Maybe you do not that concept either, but it is clear it is not a hands-on cooking class... Seafood was raw, you saw that because we cooked in front of you. You thought paellas are creamy so that is why you left the rice. We do not include demostration of how to make sangria. Recommendation for you Arnorld: READ MORE Regards

Had a great time diving into some of the culinary traditions that Spain, and Seville specifically, are known for. The paella was great and it was very interesting to hear the origins, and the same goes for the sangria. It's an experience you don't want to miss!

One of my favorite things I have done while being in Sevilla! The views were incredible and so was the paella. The sangria was probably the best I've ever tasted. Overall, learned so much from the experience!!
