- Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10.00am and 6.00pm: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, North Greenwich, and Barking piers.
- You can get on the boat at any of the 23 piers between Putney Station and Woolwich (Royal Arsenal).
