Address
Rynek Główny 1/3, 31-042 Kraków, Poland
The Cloth Hall is located in the center of Krakow's most important square, Rynek Główny, and is the largest building on the square. It is so called because it was originally built to serve as a center for the textile trade, but due to a fire in 1555 it was almost entirely destroyed and later rebuilt.
The Rynek Underground Museum of Krakow is located right under the central square of the city, a good four meters below the surface and is very extensive: over 6000 square meters. The museum was opened on 24 September 2010, and due to its popularity and the fact that admission is limited to just 300 people at a time, you need to buy timed tickets in advance to visit it.
