Could you survive The War of The Worlds? Find out with Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds: The Immersive Experience! Engross yourself in this interactive event that brilliantly combines music with theatre, holograms and virtual reality. You’ll have the chance to travel back in time across a 22,000 sqft space and rediscover the Victorian tale by HG Wells about a terrifying Martian invasion – all under the masterful soundtrack of musician Jeff Wayne. The first part of the show is a virtual journey to many of the key locations from The War of The Worlds, such as Horsell Common and the Observatory. Combining live actors with virtual reality, augmented reality, holograms and much more, prepare to be fully transported into another era! This will then be followed by a 20-minute intermission at the Red Weed Bar, designed exclusively for this experience. Afterwards it will be time to fight the Martian invasion! If you survive, you’ll end up at the steampunk-themed bar and restaurant called The Spirit of Man.
