- Guests must be 13 or older to ride an electric bike
- All guests aged 18 or over must sign a liability waiver before the tour starts
- Guest under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiverGuests must be 13 or older to ride an electric bike, or parents can sign extra waiver to allow mature and tall enough 10–12-year-olds they permit to ride an E bike.Weather and Non-Operable Conditions
- Operations are weather-sensitive and mist and fog do not cancel tours as they are part of the normal weather pattern
- The Bay Area’s weather fluctuates rapidly, so rain-cancellation procedures are in place to address changing conditions
- Bay City Bike reserves the right to cancel a tour due to rain or dangerous riding conditions
- Decisions are often made up to 30 minutes before a tour, as conditions can shift quickly from rainy to sunny. If the weather is deemed suitable for riding, the tour will not be officially canceled

- Arrive 30 minutes before the 11:00 am departure for proper bike fitting, as the tour departs promptly
- You'll receive a confirmation email with an electronic liability waiver to be signed by all guests (and cosigned by a parent or guardian for those under 18)
- Bring a credit card; a deposit is required, varying by bike choice and party size. Late arrivals will miss the tour and only receive the bike rental
- You can continue riding the bike after the tour
- Valid ID (Passport, ID card, or Driver's license) and a credit card required for check-in
- Helmets are mandatory for all
