War rooms great, TripAdvisor disappointing

Our tickets were not in the Bookings section of the app. The link in the TripAdvisor text message took us to what we thought were tickets, which could be downloaded. They just caused confusion at the venue, as they were vouchers that had to be exchanged for tickets. We’ll do our bookings elsewhere from now on.
An hour and a half a half I’ll never get back

While it gave some relief insight as to what living is a bomb shelter was like, it was oversold, very crowded. It was difficult to get good views as there were people in front of everything.

The tour was informative and the audio guide was easy to use and follow. I enjoyed learning about Winston’s impact and my family enjoyed it as well.
