My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our tasting with Thierry. He is extremely knowledgeable about wines and the pairings he shared with us were excellent. We even bought two bottles of wine from Thierry and went to the fromagerie he suggested to buy one of the cheeses from the tasting to eat later. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys wine and cheese!
