Dear gentlemen, we remained very satisfied with the cooking lesson of Mrs Rossana. She and her husband Mr Rafael Rossi Patriarca were very kind and showed to us many details of the Piedmontese cuisine. Also the visit to the vineyard in the Bartolo region at the Cantina Marrone was very interesting and pleasant Many thanks and kind regards The Pfortners
