Fraudulent service

Tour guide was not reachable despite multiple attempts. We were slightly late for our private tour but no one ever showed up . Still waiting for a response on our refund request

Tagging our licensed professional guide in France and our company with “Fraud” and giving a one-star review does not disturb us — we have our own clarity about our ethics at work. You shared a wrong number with Viator and with us, and our guide could not reach you while waiting at the meeting point. Later, we found out that you had provided an incorrect mobile number. You wrote to us that you were walking around the church — well, you were supposed to wait at the meeting point, and not walk around. You wrote to us that you called our guide and us several times — we asked you to share screenshots, but you did not provide any. Our guide asked all groups of 4 people around Meeting Point to find you, but you were not there! We are left with no other option but to leave you with your belief that our licensed professional guide in France is involved in “fraud”!
