Our tour was amazing!! My daughter and I were running late in LA traffic and called the tour company, so afraid we were going to miss out. The owner, Dave, was beyond kind and immediately helped us re-route to a new pick up location and arranged a private tour with him as our guide. He was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire tour! I’m grateful beyond measure and my daughter and I made memories that will last a lifetime!
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you so much, Laura, for this truly heartfelt review. It means so much to us to hear that what began as a stressful moment turned into such a special memory for you and your daughter. Dave was absolutely touched by your kind words and so happy he could help make the day work out so beautifully. Creating lasting memories like these is exactly why we do what we do. Dave and all of us at Guideline Tours send our very best wishes to you and your family. We’re so grateful you chose to spend part of your time in Los Angeles with us, and we hope to welcome you and the kids again someday.

Response from Host, Mar 2026
Hi Julia — thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled you had such a great time with Bing and that you were able to see even more than expected (and that it worked out as a private tour—what a bonus!). Bing is truly fantastic, and we’re proud that all of our guides have built a deep knowledge of the history, culture, and stories that make Los Angeles such an incredible city. We’ve been doing this since 1988, and it means a lot to hear that our experience and local insight helped make your day special. Thank you again for the recommendation, and we’re excited to keep sharing LA with guests from all around the world. We hope to welcome you back next time you’re in town!
