We were very pleased with this tour. We were taken to interesting locations that otherwise would have missed and we were given a sensible amount of time in each place to learn and enjoy them. Gaztelugatxe was an enjoyable, challenging walk, Gernika very interesting and the Txakoli tasting was fun in a beautiful location. Overall we were pleased.

Unfortunately only the first place was interesting but not enough time was given to go up and down the Hermitage . The rest had nothing to see and our guide told us a couple times that if we were late we could take the public transportation back to town.

The walk down to the church is fairly steady but the hill to the carport is tough if your over 60. I am 65 and do alot of walking but it's a tough ask

I saw a lot, learned nothing, returned with same knowledge. The tour is very nice and we saw many beautiful places. The guide however did not share much information, and the way the information was shared was not very professional, and was scarcely delivered. The guide did not share any information in the bus, between the places which would be a perfect way to inform us. He shared information like “ here is my primary school, here is my secondary school, it was my coach etc” which really is not an information i want to know, while many relevant information about the place were missed. In addition, the group size was far, far too big. I thought I booked English speaking tour, while it was bilingual Spanish-English tour that aviator did not inform in advance. Recommendation for the guide to speak to one group first, finish, then to speak to other group. Speaking 2-3 sentences in Spanish, then repeating the same in English, makes the story so confusing and demotivating to listen. The tour was good, the driver was good, as for the guide, a lot of room for improvement.
