The lady arrived a little later than 10:00. We thought that was unusual. I expected the guide to be there beforehand. The lady had only been in Aarhus for 6 months and read virtually all the information from her cell phone. Like an audio guide, except that I got the information in German. Questions she could not really answer or quickly distracted on another topic. No, we would have coped with that alone u with the city map issued at the port.

If you’re thinking about taking a tour in Aarhus, exploring the city with Ivette is a great experience. What stands out most about her tour is the way she communicates: warm, clear, and very human. It doesn’t feel like a rigid explanation, but more like walking around with someone who truly knows and enjoys the city. She blends history, culture, and interesting facts with personal anecdotes that make everything more engaging. The tour covers both the most iconic spots and some less obvious corners, adding extra value to the experience. The pace is comfortable, never rushed, and there’s always room to interact, ask questions, and get useful recommendations to continue exploring on your own. Overall, it’s a very well-run tour, ideal if you want to truly understand the essence of Aarhus and not just scratch the surface. A highly recommended option to include in your visit.
