Overview
Helsinki Evening Cruise is a unique and fun way to enjoy early evening in Helsinki! During the cruise you can feel the urban summer night and see both old and new Helsinki.
Helsinki has more than 130 kilometres of shoreline and during the Evening Cruise you will see the shores and beaches of southern and eastern Helsinki. Gather your friends and family for an relaxed evening out on the water and feel the atmosphere of urban summer nights, with locals gathering on the cliffs and seaside terraces to enjoy the evening sun.
You can buy cold beverages and light snacks from the Boat Café. You can sit indoors at the cosy cafeteria or enjoy the cruise at the large sundeck of the boat.
There is no commentary on board, just relaxing background music.

Itinerary
Helsinki Evening cruise starts at the Market Square by the yellow SIGHTSEEING flags. Please arrive to the departure point latest 15 minutes before the cruise starts.

Kaivopuisto Park is one of the oldest parks in Helsinki. Locals gather to the park to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
You will see seaside cafeterias and restaurants during the cruise. Locals gather on the seaside terraces to enjoy the evening sun. Café Ursula is a popular spot for a coffee with a splendid sea view.
Restaurant Mattolaituri is a trendy restaurant on the shore of Kaivopuisto. At weekends, DJs play and entertain the guests.
Uunisaari island is a popular place to spend a summer day. There is a beach, saunas and a cafeteria on the island. Uunisaari used to house a city spa in the early 19th century.
Liuskasaari island outside Kaivopuisto Park, summer restaurants are located on the island.
Harakka Island
Harakka Island is a popular recreational area. The Harakka Nature Centre is located on the island, offering visitors encounters with nature, activities, and information on the Baltic Sea, maritime nature and sustainable living. Harakka is a former military island of the Finnish Defence Forces, and it was opened to the public in 1989.

Charming little island near the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress. There is a restaurant and a public sauna located on the island.

The beautiful Kulosaaren Casino is a traditional restaurant with a stunning waterfront setting.
Kalasatama is one of the largest new areas being built in Helsinki.
Mustikkamaa is a popular outdoor recreation area with beach, café and restaurants.
Isoisansilta
Mustikkamaa and Kalasatama are connected by a white Isoisänsilta bridge, named after the fisherman Viktor Wilhelm Wickman, who lived in Mustikkamaa.
Katajanokka
Route runs along the shores of Katajanokka. The most prominent feature is the magnificent golden-domed Uspenski Cathedral, the largest Orthodox church in northern and western Europe.
You will also see one of Helsinki's landmarks, the icebreakers. The six icebreakers are called Voima, Sisu, Urho, Kontio, Otso and Polaris.
