Overview
This is the ideal way to see Porto’s highlights and learn about its wonderful wine at the same time. With regular departures throughout the day, you can be flexible, and pick a time that works for you. Listen to audio guides while on the train, and learn about the historic sites you pass, such as Sao Bento train station and the Santa Catarina Cathedral. You’ll see multiple city hotspots, and then go for a winery tour with two Port tastings included.

Ripe but fun.

The train was rickety and the speakers for broadcasting poor. The tour was short but beautiful, so we didn't understand anything about the guide due to the sound of the carts and bad speakers. The port tour was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful! Trapped in a mobile green house. Very loud blaring music. Barely any information given about the sights. Wine tour was ok, but very short. 2 small tastes of port then back on the terrible train thing.

River trip: nice Unfortunately no explanations , but you can enjoy the Douro and Porto from the water without Train ride: miserable Doors could not be closed - driver roared on unmoved though as he did not hear the people in the back Explanations from the tape very quiet, but the sound through music enormously loud Actually we expected a sightseeing tour, but it was more of a transport to the winery Wine tasting: so lala Short explanation about Port and the winery (about 15 minutes) 2 samples that were delicious but unlovely on the tables and then unfortunately no more explanations

It was a great experience that I recommend 100%! The trip is very touring and informative, and the visit to the Real Companhia Velha is interesting and provides an excellent wine tasting, it is amazing!
