Fabulous visitor attraction

The Mosque was fabulous to see but it was a nightmare trying to get in as I couldn't access my tickets. Eventually we got in and had a good time

Bad experience ended up buying ticket from box office.

Bought ticket via Cilo Muse tours. Very poor information on your start poin etc. got link to download ticket to Apple wallet when I arrived at entrance staff member informed me was not a valid ticket. Contacted Cilo muse tours highlighting all this and requested a refund was refused. Eventually they asked for screen shot of Apple wallet ticket. They informed me this was a voucher issued by ‘viator’ and I would need to contact them ( I don’t know who this is) and not a valid ticket. What organisation prompts you to add a voucher to your Apple wallet ?? Ended but buying a ticket at the official box office for almost 50% of the price. Avoid.

Audio guide difficult to use

The plan and audio guide are unclear. We always look for where we are to adjust the comment to what we see. The orientation explanations are to be reviewed; they are not clear.

The visit did not take place, no group present at 5pm as planned.

It was not possible for me to visit because the tickets were with audio guide in French, the problem is that there was no French group (maybe cancelled, but we were not warned) it was also not possible to edit the tickets there was a statement highlighted in pink: this is not your entrance ticket! So we had to buy single tickets at the ticket counter to be able to visit. Thank you for paying me back.

Along with your confirmation, we send instructions on how to access your actual ticket and audio tour.
