Visiting Providence we went to see where the meeting point was for parking. We found the area all steep hills. I couldn’t find a mobility issue listed. We called to cancelled and was denied. I purchased a ghost and asked for the money back or for the money to be returned and my request was unanswered by tour people. I left a couple of messages regarding both issues and not one was answered. Viator did contact the tour group for us and they did respond to them. The ghost was an added charge and not part of the tour. The ghost should have been refunded.

Never been on one and would definitely recommend it. Took a picture of a window of one of the buildings the tour guide was talking about. Tell me what you see.
