If you were never fond of history classes at school because there were too many numbers and not enough interesting stuff, this is the tour for you. And even if you are a history buff, it's a tour for you, as Vilnius has it all: an amazing history spanning hundreds of years, head-turning sights, heart-melting stories, fascinating people, and loads of photo ops.
Every century in Vilnius proved a turbulent time for this city, but its historic buildings survived. The best way to immerse yourself in Vilnius and its' history is by walking the cobbled streets of the compact Old Town to admire the carefully restored Baroque buildings and medieval charm that easily earned the city UNESCO World Heritage status.
