I did not like the tour. I decided to book it because of the good reviews it had, but the experience did not meet my expectations. Aside from having a coffee and trying several sweets (which, by the way, were very good), the explanations were quite scarce. I expected to learn more about Venice, the history of its cafés, its traditions, and its culture, but the tour focused almost exclusively on recommending Venetian pastry shops that have endured from generation to generation. If what you are looking for is a culinary route with pastry shop recommendations, it may be a good option. However, if you expect a tour with historical or cultural content about Venice and its cafés, it will probably disappoint you, as was the case for me.

Anna was amazing! We toured some unique bakeries and tried authentic Venetian pastries. Anna was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Our students thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Fantastic walking tour to get a feel for Venice. Going into places only the locals know and learning about the city and its history. Our guide, Alice, was phenomenal - friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Alice loves her job and her city and showed us a fantastic time. Could not recommend this tour (with Alice) more highly.

This was the best way to start our first morning in Venice. Mariana was so wonderful. She made us feel like she was part of the family and showing us all of her favorite little shops in the city. We definitely went back to some of the places she brought us too because they were that good!! This was the first tour we did on this trip and all of us had an amazing time, including some people in our family who generally don't like tours.
