Dear Derek, we're sorry to receive this negative feedback without having done the experience. As we told many time, we sent you the correct address of the experience in 3 different ways (11 days before the start of the experience) to ensure the proper running of the tour, via chat on Viator, via whatsapp (message we understand was read the day after the experience) and via sms to which we also received a reaction from you. On the description of the tour is clearly written that the tour doesn't take place in the same place and that we will send to the clients the address of the dairy farm after the confirmation. The Viator portal automatically enters the address of our office, which is why we sent 3 times in 3 different ways the address of the dairy farm and all the details of the experience, but it is understood that an experience such as the Pecorino Tour cannot take place in the square of the historic center of Montepulciano, but inevitably outside the town ( 25 minutes by car). Moreover since you answered to our message, if the location was not adapt for your program/vacation you were able to cancel until 24h before and have the total refund. Despite the delay, you were given the opportunity to get to the dairy, even if late, in order to at least enjoy the tasting. Valdichiana Living staff
