Great story with the great statues and architecture

DEB our guide, told a great historical account of one of the first families in Florence. While taking us to many many different historical locations and giving us a great feel of what it was like when the statues and architecture was built. She had a real humour that added to the flavour of the day. Then to top it off left us a list of truly original places to eat and have traditional Gelato which we used a steak, a pizza and a gelato all where better priced and awesome flavour than on the tourist main areas and also took us back around some of the places she had taken us.

Alessandro was an incredible tour guide. We walked all around Florence and saw all of the highlights in the city. He walked at a convenient pace so everyone could keep up and he spoke clearly so everyone could understand him. He answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations for gelato and lunch. I would totally recommend this walking tour!

We booked the tour at the end of our stay. We should have booked it at the very beginning. Alessandro was our tour guide. GREAT TOUR! Easy to book, his English was good, good details about the area. He talked about food, history, art, the city with a bit good humor added in. Would definitely recommend
