Our cheerful guide...

Our cheerful guide Armando spoke excellent and was extremely passionate and knowledgeable. The tour headsets were reliable and useful on busy streets. Visited key places and given information about their history but sometimes in too much depth… especially sitting got too long and listening regarding food! Several helpful suggestions were made but without prejudice or persuasion….. we went to a recommended restaurant that was fabulous. Our guide was extremely helpful and considerate to one member of the tour that was taken ill and even arranged a taxi to collect her. Easy to find start of tour. Plenty of opportunities to take photos and it gave us a good sense of the layout of Florence and how to find our way around afterwards. Would recommend for adults
