The Danube - flowing by / through Belgrade it is an important transportation route and a tourists attraction at the same time.
The river can be experienced from the shore or from the deck of a boat - in terms of cruises the options are several ... so you just need to pick the one you like.
Museum of Contemporary Art is located in the surroundings of Belgrade, the main city in Serbian Country, far from the center. It is located in a park, where you can walk, relax or play with children. I came here at the middle of November-2019 and I saw the temporary exhibitions: really, they were wonderful!
Next to its rich history and nice seafood restaurants is Zemun known for its fortunate location right at the riverside that is fantastically suited for walking, running, and cycling. There are plenty of nearby options to have a drink or enjoy a local snack and what does not taste…
The most fascinating and eyecatcher of Belgrade. The main bridge of Old Belgrade connecting New Belgrade
Branko's Bridge is the second-largest bridge of Belgrade, Serbia, connecting the city center with New Belgrade across Sava river. Built in 1956 on the foundations of the 1934 King Alexander Bridge, which was destroyed in World War II, it reconnected Belgrade and Zemun as the only motorway bridge at the time.
Belgrade Waterfront, known in Serbian as Belgrade on Water, is a controversal urban renewal development project headed by the Government of Serbia aimed at improving Belgrade's cityscape and economy
The park is located in the eastern section of the municipality. It extends between the Brodarska and eastern extension of Savski nasip streets on the north, Gazela bridge on the west and the left bank of the Sava river on the south; that is, the Sava quay, which spreads out along the Sava's bank. In the north it extends into the Gazela residential local community, in the west into the neighborhood of Savski Nasip, and in the east, along the quay, into the neighborhood of Staro Sajmište.
From the water, you can see the best of the Fortress. The famous fortress is not only one of the eye-catching attractions in Belgrade. But also the best to see from the water.
The Sava is a river in Central and Southeast Europe, a right tributary of the Danube. It flows through Slovenia, Croatia and along its border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, and finally through Serbia, feeding into the Danube in its capital, Belgrade.
You will experience all the nice rafts called "Splav's" next to the river and experience the best way of Belgrade chilling.
