Really in depth tour

Great tour, but beware it can take upto 2 hours to walk the whole thing! Still a wonderful experience

Our PIN number never worked on the app. We were not able to use this service! Now we are on our phone trying to get a refund. It has not been nice.

Hi Rachel, Our commentary is written by our world class tour guides, who have a deep understanding of each location. We require our commentary to be around 2 minutes, to encourage more storytelling and to keep the audio more fun! At each stop, there is a section called "cool info", which has a lot more information! So you can dive deep on the content, watch some videos, and learn more! Hope that helps! Looking forward to seeing you tour with us again!
Great intro to downtown SF

Good experience saw a lot of the main sites around financial district and Chinatown. Learned some historical facts about San Francisco that I didn’t know before. Navigation provided on the app can be a little confusing so I recommend planning your own route. Nice that tour can be done at your own pace and at a good price.
