The functionalist-style New Town Hall building offers a magnificent view from its 73-metre-high observation deck. It's undoubtedly one of the best viewpoints in Ostrava. From there, you'll see a panorama of the whole of Ostrava, the Zywiec and Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains, cities in Poland including the highest heap in Europe, and on a clear day, even mountains in SlovakiaThis tower holds the title of being the tallest town hall tower in the Czech Republic.
