Excellent personalized overview of Shanghai

If you are in Shanghai for a short time and want to immerse in its culture and cover all top attractions that matter to you, then this is the tour for you. They are flexible and do their best to tailor the tour to suit your preferences . I highly recommend Snow, the tour guide, for her deep knowledge of the city , its history, culture, friendly nature and caring approach to make the tour a success. I was in Shanghai for a business trip with only 6 hours to see the city, and I am so glad I booked this tour. We covered the top temples like Jian’an temple and Jade Buddha temple, the Bund, Yuyuan market, Pudong skyline, French concession, Nanjing road, and more. At each stop, Snow shared the detailed history, its cultural ramifications into today’s Shanghai and rising China and even tried to teach me some Mandarin. She also introduced me to some iconic Michelin one star restaurants in the Yuan market and a tea tasting experience. The driver was very considerate and the car was comfortable. An experience that was well worth the investment

Snow was an amazing, friendly tour guide with lots of knowledge about both the old and newer parts of Shanghai. We visited amazing sights like the Yu Gardens and multiple popular photo sights. Mr Chi was an excellent driver.

The Bund (Wai Tan)
Meet up your friendly private guide at your hotel in the morning, afternoon or evening, and have a short discussion with your guide for your things to do list. Then hop-on the comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to start your exciting 4-hour journey. You can either following the sample itinerary or going with your own customized one. Typically, you will visit The Bund, see the amazing city landmarks along the Huangpu river such as pearl TV Tower, shanghai tower and world financial center. Stroll down the river and have a close look of the old colonial buildings.
40 minutesJade Buddha Temple
Continue the tour to visit beautiful Buddhist temples -Jade buddha temple. Take a stroll at the temple complex with multiple chambers and impressive buddha statues. See the local worshipers and learn the fascinating religion culture from your guide. (Jade buddha temple close at 4:20pm)
1 hourYu Garden
Next, heading to the Yuyuan garden, a very ancient and well-preserved garden with the history of 400 years old where to see the stylish Chinese pavilion and authentic old architectures. If you like to do shopping and have a bite of street food, Yuyuan bazaar can be a good choice for you. (Yuyuan garden close at 4pm and every Monday).

Head to French concession, the old center of colonial life. See the impressive French style architecture, learn the history of Shanghai during 1840th and take a nice stroll along the walkways with beautiful French trees. .
Based on your interests, you can choose other attractions besides the sample itinerary,

• Fuxing Park
• Pudong city landmark (Shanghai Tower, Pearl TV Tower or Shanghai World Financial Center).
