Very nice experience. Well worth it. Our guide was beautiful Isabel. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her city. It was a pleasure to listen to her explanation and she was very patient with us, answering all our questions. It makes so much more sense seeing all those architectural wonders, it helps to appreciate them more.

I must say that the tour was a bit of a disappointment and did not meet our expectations. The guid was sick, so could barely talk and was out of breath as we walked, the information was poor and even wrong at times, and the guid missed on several milestones as we passed by. Moreover, the Alcazar building was undergoing some renovation work, so we didn't get to go inside despite paying for it (we should have been informed about this since the renovations are ongoing since June!). The good part though was the second guid, who took over from the first at the mosque/cathedral, she was excellent with rich information.

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate your honest comments, as they help us continue improving our services. Regarding the Alcázar, we would like to clarify that the building has been closed to visitors due to restoration works since July 2nd. This information has been clearly stated on all our sales platforms and booking channels, so guests are informed in advance before making their reservation. Unfortunately, these works are managed by the monument itself and are beyond our control. Concerning the first guide, we regret that his condition affected your experience and that the information provided did not meet our usual standards. This is certainly not the level of quality we aim to offer, and your comments have been shared internally for review. We are, however, very pleased to hear your positive remarks about the second guide at the Mosque-Cathedral. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to her. Once again, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with a much more satisfying experience. Thank you and best regards,

We went on a small group guided walking tour of the Jewish quarter of Cordoba with Anna. We didn't do the extended tour of the Mezquita, choosing to do that ourselves. Anna was very knowledgeable, an excellent tour guide, providing us an excellent history of the area and explaining the sites to us. The pace of the tour as good and the volume of information she provided was just right.
Meeting with the guide at the Moon Gate. The excursion begins with an interesting walking tour of the Jewish quarter, a network of narrow streets that keep beautiful corners such as Calleja de las Flores.
Next, we will visit the Alcazar, an impressive fortress with gardens that invite you to the promenade. We will also visit its interior and admire the beautiful Hall of Mosaics and Baths of Doña Leonor de Guzmán, among other places.
We will end the visit enjoying the imposing Mosque-Cathedral, one of the great jewels of the world of Muslim and Christian art. We will walk through the forest of columns and learn about its more than twelve centuries of history.
