FUN-tastic Food Tour In Providence!

T1060LLlisal, Dec 2025

Fantastic Food Tour in Providence! We had our company Holiday Outing and WOW! Jack was an incredible guide! This tour was the perfect mix of delicious food and local history that surprised and delighted us all (and we're from the area!). We visited a variety of spots—each one unique and full of flavor: plant-based, Parisian, Mexican, Nigerian, Taiwanese and comfort-food. Jack’s knowledge of Providence and its food scene made the experience so much more than just eating; it felt like a deep dive into the city’s culture, with humor and a friendly flair! The pacing was great, and there was plenty of food (come hungry!) and drink tastings. Jack kept things fun and engaging, sharing stories and tips along the way. Whether you’re a foodie or just want to explore Providence in a unique way, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommend!

Food+Drink+Stories+Conversation+Michelle = 5 stars

Maps815614, Nov 2025

Food was awesome and varied. Lots of restaurants that we want to go back and visit. Drinks included wine and a flight of beers. Definitely added a layer of fun. Stories that Michelle told were historic but very fun. Conversation with others in the tour added another layer of enjoyment to the afternoon. Michelle’s humor topped it all off. Her love of Providence is as clear as her distain for Boston. Very fun. Put it all together and the tour was 5 stars!

The Charms of Providence

SteveGlovsky, Nov 2025

Michelle was an excellent guide; perfect for the task, both actress and culinary trained. We toured Providence along both sides of the canal, crossing back and forth on the new 95 bridge and the Venetian bridge. A chance to see outdoor art as well. Of course, six equally tasty stops were the tour’s highlight. Rhode Island clam chowder and clam fritters, vegetarian truffle pizza, tea and cake, barbecue sausage and corn bread, African wings and rice and finally a fresh made pretzel. Great food and the walking exercise to earn it! We were welcomed at each restaurant and sat to dine with just enough time to enjoy and experience each location. Hope to go back to each one. Three hours of food and fun at a fair price. Thanks much!

Exceptional foodie tour of Providence!

troymR1590CO, Nov 2025

My wife and I are traveling all 50 states and love to do local foodie tours on our excursions. Jack was exceptional! Our group was small but even from the start it felt like we were exploring this wonderful city with friends. Jack was knowledgeable about not only the establishments we visited (all wonderful) but also about the city and it's history. Our 3 hour tour lasted almost 6 hours and we gained not only an insight into the Providence area but also made some fun new friends (shout out to Dr. John too). Highly recommend.
