This experience was fantastic and our favourite thing we did in the City. Inside is a hidden gem with a great space and an amazing vibe. It was chilled and buzzing and frequented with locals and tourists alike. One Host was a superstar. Enthusiastic, passionate and informative and we came away learning so much about the history, culture and food of Trieste. Well worth the money and don't hesitate to book. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The whole experience was excellent! Our host welcomed us warmly on our arrival. He made sure we had everything we needed, then gave us time to relax before returning to start the experience. The explanation of Osmiza and its origins was interesting and thorough whilst being inclusive and thought provoking. As a local, our host had a great knowledge of the area, its history and its produce. We enjoyed beautiful food and wine and it was a wonderful experience being welcomed into the culture of Trieste.
