This local tour is very worth it! My husband and I gained a lot of information and saw great sights in Old Town Marbella. Our tour guide, Javier was very effective in sharing information about this beautiful place and he was very friendly too. His tour guide trainee, Juan was very helpful and warm as well. We liked that Javier pointed out and took us to local taverns and restaurants so we were able to pick a place to dine in after the tour. He also took us to an olive store shop where we sampled the best olive oil in the world. Such a great ending to our tour! Thank you Javier and Juan!!! The Santos from California, USA (March 20, 2025)

Hola Santos Family! Thank you so much for the kind words—what a pleasure it was to share Old Town Marbella with you both! I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience, from the historic sights to the olive oil tasting (isn’t that store amazing?). It’s always a goal of mine to make sure my guests not only learn about the area but also get a real taste of the local life! Juan will be thrilled to hear your feedback too—he’s doing great and it's wonderful to know you felt his warmth and helpfulness throughout the tour. If you ever find yourselves back in Spain, I’d love to show you around Ronda, Málaga, or Mijas too—each place has its own charm and stories to tell. Un abrazo grande from Marbella,

Our walking tour was cancelled by the organizer (thankfully) as the weather was hideous. We would have rearranged but had run out of available days. The contact was great in contacting us & refunding our payment. Will re-book when we are next in Marbella.

Thank you so much for your understanding and kind words! We're really sorry the weather didn’t cooperate during your stay—Mother Nature can be unpredictable sometimes! We're glad we could at least make the cancellation and refund process smooth and stress-free for you. We’ll be here ready to welcome you with sunshine (hopefully!) and a great tour experience the next time you’re in Marbella. Looking forward to showing you all the hidden corners and stories that make this town so special. Until then, see you soon! ????

Thank you so much for your wonderful review Scott, it was great to meet you.
This is the place where the locals gather for different events or just to enjoy the shade
Once we have walked through Avenida del Mar, where some of Salvador Dali's sculptures can be seen, we will reach the bustling promenade of Marbella. An area surrounded by bars, restaurants and... Chiringuitos?
Lovely chapel dating from XVI century where the ceiling woodwork still remains.
Old Bazan Hospital is a historic gem nestled within the enchanting Marbella Old Town. This architectural marvel dates back to a bygone era and serves as the home to the National Engraving Museum. Entrance to the Museum is complimentary, we tend to enter always if the tour happens during opening times.
Charming square home of the 16th century palace of the former commander of the city
Remains of the city's medieval walls
The narrow winding streets from the moorish times were demolish to create this XVI century typical Castilian style square
To put and end to very pleasant walk through Marbella, you would enjoy a tasting of 3 - 6 extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality. This is an activity we are proud to include in this tour, because... what could be more Andalusian than olive oil? Always subject to availability depending on the opening hours of the D'Oliva shop.
