A very varied tour; we learned a lot about Minoan culture, the mythologies of Crete, and the history of Heraklion. The tour with Erini was very varied, vivid, impressive, and captivating, and we had a lot of joy during it. The Amnisiades Park, the snack, and the dance performance also thrilled and impressed us. Many thanks to everyone who contributed.

Road trip: From Minoan palaces to the Venetian alleys of Chania Sold on private trip and organized by this local agency. Upon arrival at the airport car rental to pick up outside the airport where we were forced to pay for the car full before taking it to make it empty tank (100€) plus insurance of the underbody and wheels not provided for and highly recommended. 1st hotel we meet in a secondary building on the ground floor with balcony on street and hotel opposite. And no half board as was indicated. 2nd hotel twin beds in room of 12m2 with obsolete bathroom without sockets and 1 single bedside table, no drinking water offered in the room, or empty buffets 1 hour after the start and passage of the tourist buses on organized trip. False 4 stars to escape: Santa Marina unique hotel in Aggio. 3rd hotel to see

Knossos Archaeological Site
A visit to the Minoan Palace of Knossos. Knossos is probably the most famous excavation site in Crete and one of the best known in Europe. The Minoan Palace, the home of legendary King Minos, had an estimated 1300-1400 rooms and was excavated and partly reconstructed by Sir Arthur Evans in 1900.
