Had the most amazing and fun time. The staff were great, our group was brilliant and an all round fantastic experience. Photo packages were all 100% worth it. Also… don’t forget to stock up on tequila 😝

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- The weight limit is 250 pounds for ziplines and atv
- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Weight limit restriction is strictly observed.
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
- In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time.
- This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am.
- The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm.
- The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.
