Aurora welcomed us with beautiful Italian gusto, & was a caring & communicative educator of her wonderful Italian food culture, for our 3hrs of preparing & eating lunch. Her kitchen is intriguing and her dining patio so Italian, & I loved how she nipped out to her garden to pick the odd garnish for our meal. Cooking chatter was easily achieved with translator Carolotta who did a wonderful job. My daughter & I felt so at ease in Aurora’s home, & such a memorable part of our Italian mother/daughter trip to Italy-thanks Aurora❤️

The evening with Aurora was impressive and full of ease. Cooking became incidental when talking about regional specialties and idiosyncrasies. It was just fun, you exchanged ideas and as if created by magic completely out of nowhere Tiramisu, vegetable skewers and gnocchi. Important tips for success and great tricks for the point on the i inspired us and we will definitely implement them at home. Great and enviable when you pick up herbs and vegetables like Aurora right in the garden. The terrace furnished with attention to detail and great covered is simply a must here in Italy. In Germany we can probably replace the fan with a radiant heater 😅 A thousand thanks for the great evening - felt it was a visit to friends with cooking together. In a word: Mmmmmmmmmm 😋

It was a really great, fun evening with Aurora and her friend Valeria. Aurora showed us various vegetarian dishes at her home, which we (8 people) then made. She explained everything really well and it tasted excellent. We were able to enjoy the meal in her beautiful garden and were also given homemade liqueurs and wine from the region. An experience that we would definitely repeat! Many thanks to Aurora and Valeria, who translated for us in a very friendly way and introduced us to Italian customs.
