Alina was a fabulous guide. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She chose to take us to places that we wanted to see rather than stick to an absolute route. She took us to little cafes and made it a point to take us into three churches when my travel companion asked to see churches. Her knowledge and expertise on all the local sites in her hometown of Torun were invaluable - she really can explain everything with detail. Of course, as a group of only 2, we had a much more personalized experience than if we had been in a large group, which made the day all the more enjoyable and refreshing. I have to admit that of all the tour guides I had during my stay in Poland, I enjoyed being with Alina most of all.

Admire an authentic Old Town city which wasn’t destroyed during the wars. It has one of the most beautiful town squares in all of Europe. As a historic site Torun ranks as high as Cracow or Gdansk. It was even included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
This is not just a statue. It is a monument to a citizen of Torun, who became its main symbol. And he deserved it!

The exterior of this brick church originally built in the 1300s is relatively small compared to others in Torun, but with interesting twin tower on top of it.
