Quick observation

K1626UAekaterinab, Sept 2025

It was a great free time experience with leadership of two ladies one who drove the bus Martina and the one who was a leader of the group also Martina. Please note that Martina the leader is not particularly a guide and won’t tell you a lot of nurdy art staff but in general for observation it was quite informative. We spent 3 hours in Florence which is quite enough but I would suggest to chose the tour with at least 4-5 hours to spend in Florence as we had literally to run around the crowds to actually have a look at the city a quickly grabbed some panini and sat on the bridge to eat. Pisa was nice and short which was enough. On the top the bus dropped as eight to our ship which was a compliment from the company so we didn’t have to take the cruise shuttle bus from the city center.

Lots of walking from the drop off point . Your guide was pleasant and informative. Wish there were smaller group tours

Response from Host, Aug 2025

Good Morning, Florence adn Pisa do involve a fair amount of walking due to the restrictions on vehicle access. For 2026 we will be offering both large and small group tours.

Our travel guide was awesome! Giada was darling and very informative and managed a large group effortlessly. The only complaint I have is the organization at the beginning - it was utter chaos. "Look for the green shirt" was ridiculous since there were many tours gathering in one place and all in a green shirt. It was a very long day and we covered alot in one afternoon but well worth it.

Response from Host, Jun 2025

Hi Amy The Livorno tours are very popular as they offer great value for money. All the guides were the green uniform, and all are able to assist. I am pleased you had a lovely day!
