Not only a magnificent example of Moorish and Islamic architecture, it’s also a fascinating reflection of the city’s past and the many civilizations that once inhabited it.
- Córdoba Synagogue
The Synagogue of Córdoba may be small, but it's rich with history and culture. Built in 1313, it is one of only three original surviving pre-expulsion synagogues in Spain, and the only in Andalusia. The other two original synagogues can be found in Toledo.
