The people running Jame’s were really really nice. (Shout out to Elsa!) However, the experience was tainted by lack of clarity from Viator. The instructions to get to the hotel are a little bit confusing, but after we did actually make it there, it was very hard for them to find our reservation. In addition, they insisted that massages were not included. Viator sent an exhaustive amount of notices that we would be charged, but our receipt showed only the dollar amount. For over $200 you would expect that is more than just tacos and a chair in front of a roped off square of shallow water. Fortunately, I took a screenshot of the original listing which said we could choose from four different massages. Unfortunately, the manager said that massages were not included and reluctantly agreed to a short massage and we could not choose what type. Because it started off that way, it was difficult to relax. The food was really good though and Chucho was attentive. I see that today they changed the description- buyer beware. I would recommend booking directly through the proprietor for a better experience.

This was our second visit to Jaime's at the Blue Reef and it did not disappoint. This year we had a group of 12 and this was everyone's favorite stop on the cruise. food is great, drinks are strong and the views incredible. This area feels like an old fishing village with lots of action going on to watch.

This was a nice experience and the staff was super friendly. The drinks were great and the food was superb. The beach was nice and we had chairs and an umbrella waiting for us when we got there. Really inexpensive taxi ride to the area and easy to find. The only reason for 4 out of 5 is that the snorkel was not great. There were a few small coral areas but it was mostly grass and sand. The water was pretty but for snorkeling it was a bit cloudy. Overall, I would recommend. You can beat the location and service for the price!!

This place was great. Easy to get too Very attentive servers. Quiet. All inclusive. Everything we ate was excellant. Its not luxurious but very comfortable.
