Worst experience ever!

Worst customer service ever! They booked a tour without having a guide and we wasted an entire vacation day going back and forth with agent who led us to believe they would find somebody. Terrible! Will never use Viator again.

While we always strive to accommodate last-minute requests, finding an available Local on such short notice can be challenging, especially for a private experience that requires careful coordination. Our team did everything possible to try and make it work, and we regret that we were ultimately unable to confirm a host in time.
