Our guide for the morning was extremely friendly and knowledgable, we had ample time in each location and were told everything that we wanted to know about Korean heritage and the places we visited. The afternoon in the folk village was just superb. As were we the only ones heading on this part of the tour, we had lots of time to get answers to all of our questions and Brian, our guide, was very knowledgeable and very friendly and answered everything that we wanted to know. We couldn't fault the tours or the Korean meal we had, everything was excellent. The only fault we had was the time was the ginseng centre as the high pressure selling and high security made us feel very uncomfortable.

Along with my wife and daughter, I had a good time visiting the Jyeongsoo Temple, the Gyeongbok Palace and attached museum and the Korean folk village. The last of these was the best, such a wonderful place! The sad thing however is that our guide did not take us around the folk village. If there were explanations of the objects and exhibits we saw, that would have been OK, but that facility was not available - surprising because so many foreign tourists come there. We had so many cultural questions, but our guide was not around to ask for information. So much to see there, but she gave us only 80 minutes to go around. Instead of leaving at 3:20, we could have easily left at 4 pm. After all we paid for a full day tour.

The tour was great! Our tour guide, Yeoni, was super friendly and knowledgeable. We saw the Buddhist temple, one palace, ginseng center, insadong, red pine oil, namdaemun, and we were provided lunch. Yeoni helped us take some good pictures and she was very personable. 100% recommended! -Eva from Kansas City, Missouri, USA
Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Seoul.
You will first pass by the Korean Blue House, which is the executive office and official residence of the Republic of Korea's head of state.
Next, you will visit the main and biggest palace, Gyeongbok Palace, which also houses the National Folk Museum of Korea. Spend some time here learning about Korea's history.
After your palace visit, head to Jogyesa Temple, the largest temple in South Korea. Appreciate the calmness and the contrast of having a temple in the middle of a metropolitan city.
Korea has one of the largest ginseng industries in the world. Stop by a ginseng center to learn about its health benefits and you will have the opportunity to purchase if you wish.
Enjoy lunch at a traditional Korean restaurant. Vegan and plant-based Korean dishes will be available as well.
Now we are getting out from hectic Seoul and have some fresh air in Yongin. In Yongin, there is Korean Folk Village where we will spend our afternoon. Experience Korean ancestral life and culture through the numerous activities available here. There are also some parks which are divided in History sections where you can see the replicas of all kinds of Korean History.
After experiencing this unforgettable tour, now you will be back to our cozy transportation and head back to your hotel in Seoul safely.
