Tour guide did not show up at the meeting place. No phone call, no text, no email. We were very disappointed. I requested a refund from trip advisor.

No Show Guide. No Experience.

Our guide never showed up. We tried calling the number provided by TripAdvisor but it did not work. We sent messages with no response. After waiting 40 minutes and asking every other guided tour we saw gathered there we left. We are still waiting for our refund.
