    The Tivoli Gardens recreation garden and amusement park opened in August 1843, making it the second oldest one that is still in operation in the world. It has rides and attractions suitable for guests of all ages, and its location right in the downtown area of Copenhagen makes it convenient and easy to reach for its estimated 4.5 million visitors per year.

  • Rosenborg Castle

    Rosenborg Castle, located in the centre of Copenhagen, is a Renaissance castle built in the early 17th century by the order of King Christian IV. One of the many architectural projects by the famous Scandinavian king, it was originally built to be used as a summer house. The castle was designed by architects Hans van Steenwinckel and Bertel Lange, both known for their Dutch Renaissance style.

  • National Museum of Denmark

    With over 14 million artefacts inside the National Museum of Denmark, unearth Denmark’s fascinating past from ancient Demark and the Viking era to German occupation and beyond. The Danish Prehistory exhibit features the must-see Bronze Age Sun Chariot and the legendary story of the Egtved Girl. You’ll get to see intricately crafted jewellery, weaponry and helmets of Demnark’s Viking ancestors too.
