Unable to access ticket, time consuming faff downloading this app and that app, unable to navigate Questo app. Went for a walk using paper map and asked questions through engaging with real people that live and work in Norwich instead, far more interesting. Don’t bother, go your own way. Waste of time and money

Allow plenty of time if you think you might want to investigate any of the places of interest. We're going back to the Cathedral snd Strangers Hall another day. The history information and story on the app is interesting and really adds to the walk. The instructions are easy to follow though we did lose signal around the cathedral so downloading the instructions would have been a good idea.
