  • Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit)

    It is a second-class royal temple of the Worawihan class and originally was called Wat Sam Chin because there is a story that there were three Chinese people who worked together to build this temple. The interior has some interesting items like the Phra Maha Mondop, which is where Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakon or Luangpho Thong Kham is enshrined.

  • Talad Noi Wall Art

    Talad Noi means “small market”, and is one of the original Chinese settlements in the Rattanakosin period. Dating back to the early Rattanakosin, Sampeng Market (which was Bangkok’s economic centre) was expanded. Chinese people then called the newly expanded part of the market “Ta Lak Kia” which translated to Thai as “Talad Noi”.
