Hi We booked a 300 euro tour and it was a mockery of the complete itenary . Now a 300 euro tour private for 2 hours obvious there has to be so e standard some planning . Whilte the guide him self was a sweet chat , he was only doing what his local provider told him . The Itenary says " Nidaba Theatre have a mixologist make a cocktail and have awesome snacks " The guide had no clue this was on the itenary once he saw we walked 1 hour to find it closed . Similarly let me break it for you You pay 300 euro At 7 pm you get 5 euro Spritz and you move on with some chips By 8 pm you reach Navigli As per itenary you should jave had 3 drinks and 3 bites by 8 pm We have just 1... 5 euro drink . Now pur tour closes at 8 30 pm We paid 300 euro and till now had just 1 ..nunber 5 euro drink I had to remind the guide the itenary shown by Viator He said he has no clue and did not know of the places ams the special treatment and special locations . Well lime a normal 50 euro tour his plan was to that us to 3 number 5 euro drinks and tata bye bye In fact even at 8. 15 pm ...just 15 min before ending of tour we had only 1 Spritz. I told the guide Sir We have paid 300 euro and this is a special tour It take us absolutely specified location for specified drinks amd specified food He was shocked as he was never informed He tried to take us to 3 locations all were closed and this was a very long walk When you are paying 300 euro for a small 2 hour tour And Viator specified a location amd certain food amd drink you exepct that Here Viator did not inform local company local comoany said they can't do any thing , Viator says they can't do any thing ... We had total 3 drinks for 30 euros and we spent 300 euros Further We were told we will go to a beautiful romantic spot in camal a backyard of roses It was closed when we reached at 8 pm Now of this is a every day tour should you not know it's closed at 8 pm Further we were told let see if some food delivery person comes we will slyly get it ... I ofcourse blame Viator for not even I forming the itenary to local guide And the local guide should have used some common sense to think whe. It is a 300 euro and 2 hour food amd drink trip can one get away with offering 5 euro packages. So basically if you pay 50 euro or 300 euro package is same All the beautiful description is a lie No special drinks no mixologist no good food Stale , rotten buffer was offered amd wjat else If you take a buffer which offer buffet amd drinks for 5 euro how bad it will be Viator did not inform the guide the guide did nothing And they are not ready to refund But this is a horrendous experience, we were made to walk to dark alleys for hours to find the locations specified in theViator itenary Again WE WENT TO NONE OF THE LOCATIONS THE GUIDE HAD ZERO CLUE OF THE ITENARY AMD LOCATIONS IN THE VIATOR APP I WOULD SUGGEST JUST WALK TO CANAL TAKE A 5 OR 10 EURO DRINK WITH FREE SNACKS AS THIS TOUR IS A DISASTER AND a CHEATING AND TOTALLY UNPLANNED THEY SHOW YOU A HIGH END BEAUTIFUL TOUR AND THE SPECIFY THE FOOD THE DRINKS THE LOCATION ... THE TOUR OPERATOR KNOW NOTHING OF IT

We only had one evening in Milano and we wanted to make the best of it so we booked a food tour with Salvatore. He was an excellent host. Very knowledgeable and interesting on the history and beautiful places to see. He answered any of our questions and was extremely helpful with getting us around in the city. We all enjoyed every moment of the tour. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great experience.
